The parameters for Jeanne’s involvement through her “Platinum Leadership Coaching” when choosing her TWO-DAY LEADERSHIP COHORT INTENSIVE are:

The leader / ministry / organization engaging our services determines the number of individuals involved in these 48 hours of coaching—ranging from one person to no more than 12 individuals

The participants need to remain constant during the entire 48 hours of the intensive (not rotating).  This may be team members from a local ministry, non-profit business or leadership teams from 2-3 churches coming together or ministry / professional friends wanting to have a memorable growth experience together.

The engaging leader / ministry also determines if the coaching time is held in Jeanne’s own home (Atlanta, GA) or in the location of his / her choice. 

(If in Jeanne’s home, you provide transportation for your “coaching cohort” as well as your own hotel housing and food. If in the location of your ministry or of another choice, you provide air transportation for Jeanne to that location as well as her hotel accommodations and food. )

You choose the specific leadership focuses you want Jeanne’s coaching targets to be built around.

The time involved in the Leadership Cohort Intensive is as follows:  

Jeanne first meets with primary leader of the Coaching Cohort when he / she comes in (or she flies in) during the evening prior to the first group meeting.

Day #1:  9 AM – 9 PM (with breaks and meals)
Day #2:  9 AM – 5 PM (with breaks and meals)

3 months of post-coaching follow-up and accountability with Jeanne to ensure game-changing long-term results that translate into your current reality.
