n 2015, just weeks after suffering a major stroke, Pastor Samuel A. Mayo stood before an audience of over 2,000 pastors at Jeanne’s National Youth Leader’s Conference to deliver what would become his final message. Drawing from 2 Timothy 4:7, he spoke with unwavering faith and conviction. After a courageous, years-long battle with the lasting effects of his stroke, Pastor Mayo was called home to be with Jesus, where he received the crown of righteousness he so faithfully pursued.
