After many decades of fulfilling years in ministry, what in my view, is the BOTTOM LINE in ministry? It's something I don't see often enough in ministry anymore. I believe the bottom line to EVERYTHING in ministry is authentically caring about people and fully showing love and friendship to them.
Fruit of the Spirit is always grown...and love is a Fruit...it will take some time to properly grow. I've learned that small actions of love will eventually create feelings of love.
When it comes to conflict are you a "Hider," "Hurter," or "Healer"? As you might guess, to be a "Healer" is the desired answer, but not always the easiest to pull off. Using Matthew, Ephesians and Galatians as our text, in this coaching resource we learn how to speak the truth in love and gently guide those we love back onto the right path.

How do we...me, you, all of us...allow ourselves to be slowly "taken" by the Enemy? Sometimes it's just mind games in our head, while other times it's a result of gradual compromise and unforgiveness. Spiritual deception has always been a slippery slope. One that the Enemy walks us down so gradually and convincingly that we often barely realize we are on the journey.
