Our theme for this month is, "LOVE THAT WILL NOT WALK AWAY."  For all of us to be able to exemplify a tiny reflection of the tenacity of Jesus' love for people, is easily talked about, but not easily lived.  I've learned in my years of ministry, this authentic love is truly the bottom line for everything we do for Jesus.  You'll love the resources this month that are designed to help us authentically live out this most important truth.

Determined to keep loving,

LEADERSHIP RESOURCES

After many decades of fulfilling years in ministry, what in my view, is the BOTTOM LINE in ministry? It's something I don't see often enough in ministry anymore. I believe the bottom line to EVERYTHING in ministry is authentically caring about people and fully showing love and friendship to them.
Fruit of the Spirit is always grown...and love is a Fruit...it will take some time to properly grow.  I've learned that small actions of love will eventually create feelings of love.
When it comes to conflict are you a "Hider," "Hurter," or "Healer"? As you might guess, to be a "Healer" is the desired answer, but not always the easiest to pull off. Using Matthew, Ephesians and Galatians as our text, in this coaching resource we learn how to speak the truth in love and gently guide those we love back onto the right path.
Are you going to spend the rest of your life trying to BE GREAT...or trying to MAKE OTHERS GREAT? If your answer to this question is the second option, then Hell will deeply fear the eternal impact of both your life and your legacy.

MESSAGES TO TEACH

This message, based on the true story of 33 miners trapped 2,000 feet below ground for 69 days, challenges us as Christians not to give up while those around us are trapped without Jesus, but to love them enough to "KEEP DIGGING"!
If you want to find your life... learn how to give it away.  "Do for one person what you wish you had the time to do for many."
"Heroes are often ordinary people that simply chose to put their dreams above their fears." What a REAL and SOBERING description of what ministry can feel like for all of us sometimes...a constant battle to get JUST ONE MORE, right after we've gotten one to safety.
How do we...me, you, all of us...allow ourselves to be slowly "taken" by the Enemy? Sometimes it's just mind games in our head, while other times it's a result of gradual compromise and unforgiveness. Spiritual deception has always been a slippery slope. One that the Enemy walks us down so gradually and convincingly that we often barely realize we are on the journey.

BUSINESS MADE SIMPLE

by Donald Miller

A brilliant and easy-to-read primer on “business basics” that transfer into all of our lives in exciting ways.  Donald Miller is also the author of the bestseller Building A StoryBrand.  It’s a brilliant book as well.

Personal:  I’m working on my TAXES right now and want to slit my wrists (NOT REALLY)!  I just want to send a “shout out” in the direction of all the accountants in the universe:  “I stand in awe of you!”
